The Organisation

The general management and control of the society is vested in the Board of Members consisting of President, Secretary and the 5 board members including the Treasurer. Only Lifemembers can be elected as Office Bearers. The Board of Members are elected from the generalbody meeting of the society. The executive council holds office for a period of one year (subject to amendment) with the President as its head. The Vice President in the absence of the President is vested with the authority to perform the duties of the President. The Secretary shall take all necessary action for the proper functioning of the PPMU only on explicit directions and instructions from the president with prior approval of the board. The examinations conducted for the courses offered by PPMU are controlled by the Controller of the Examinations assisted by Exam Co-ordinators. The Panel of syllubus committee shall update the curriculam from time to time. The Advisory Committtee of the society shall take prospective decision to improve the competancy of the society. The finance committee of the society headed by the treasurer shall discharge their duties for the utilisation of finance in a prospective manner.
